About Jimmy Kitchen

I entered this world in Orlando, Florida, but my upbringing took place on my family's cattle farm in Spring Hill, TN. Among my cherished childhood memories are the hours spent playing baseball in the neighborhood orange grove, and later, alongside my grandfather, counting cows on our farm. Farm life encompassed a delightful array of activities, such as tending to gardens, fishing, chopping wood, and raising horses, pigs, chickens, and cows. The scorching summer nights without air conditioning left a lasting impression, as did the frigid winter nights spent huddled around the comforting warmth of a wood-burning stove. In the early 1980s, the real estate business became a family affair. In 1985, my parents established a boutique realty office, perfectly timed with the announcement of the Saturn (GM) Plant. Spring Hill, along with much of Middle TN, underwent a transformation. From a young age, I immersed myself in every facet of the industry and, upon graduating from college, I joined the family business. Since 1993, I've had the privilege of working with thousands of families and selling real estate across all counties in Middle TN. A few notable achievements in my career include attaining the esteemed Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and receiving recognition as one of the "Best Real Estate Agents" in the United States by RealTrends. I am also a preferred agent for nationally syndicated radio personalities. I consider myself truly blessed to be part of the real estate business. Each day brings new excitement and challenges. It is undeniably a people-centric industry, and I strive to lead with kindness, embracing the inherent rewards that come with serving others.
